The Opportunity

We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll enjoy:

• Access to advanced interventional treatments in an outpatient private practice setting, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine therapy.

• Collaboration with our skilled in-house mental health nurses, supporting patient care and treatment pathways.

• The freedom to build and manage your own referral base, with access to a growing stream of referrals for short-term interventions in TMS treatment.

You'll be making a meaningful difference every day by addressing the mental health needs of an underserved regional community.

About You

• Specialist training and fellowship in Psychiatry (FRANZCP).

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

• Experience in General Adult Psychiatry.

• Experience or interest in interventional treatments such as TMS therapy (training provided).

• Minimum 2 years' post-fellowship experience in General Adult Psychiatry.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

• A collaborative approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of our friendly team.
