The Opportunity
We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll enjoy:
Flexible working arrangements - choose your own hours, work face-to-face as well as via telehealth.
Strong support systems, including cloud-based CRM, phone systems, and a well-organised administrative team.
Billings paid directly into your account daily, with a simple 30% monthly service fee based on billings to cover rooms, admin, and practice support - transparent, hassle-free billing.
Access to advanced interventional treatments in an outpatient private practice setting, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine therapy.
Collaboration with our skilled in-house mental health nurses, supporting patient care and treatment pathways.
The freedom to build and manage your own referral base, with access to a growing stream of referrals for short-term interventions in TMS treatment.
You'll be making a meaningful difference every day by addressing the mental health needs of an underserved regional community.
About You
Specialist training and fellowship in Psychiatry (FRANZCP).
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Experience in General Adult Psychiatry.
Experience or interest in interventional treatments such as TMS therapy (training provided).
Minimum 2 years' post-fellowship experience in General Adult Psychiatry.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
A collaborative approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of our friendly team.
